Ready to take the next step towards success? Book an intro session with us today and we can discuss your goals.
“Innovation: imagine the future and fill in the gaps.”
Our mission is to use technology to improve your operations, not replace your employees with automations. We offer a number of services to fit your unique needs.
Automations
-
Explore ready-made or customized automations from platforms such as Zapier or Make.com. We collaborate with you to implement these self-service, easily maintained solutions, streamlining your daily business operations and freeing up your time to concentrate on what's truly important—expanding your business.
Ready-made, off-the shelf automations are already created in our libraries. They only require that we copy the flows, change the account information, and test the steps.
Custom automations require that we map your process and create a new automation. However, with the power of AI and our excellent team, this is swiftly accomplished. -
Chatbots
Website scripting/Automation
Auto-update Spreadsheets
CRM Automation
Marketing Automation
Email Automation
Slack/Discord Automation
Lead Management Automation
Project Feedback Automation
Newsletter Automation
Form Submission Automation
and many more!
Integrations
-
Work with us on your integrations, where we will collaborate with you to identify any issues in your current software and leverage available integrations to accelerate your business operations. 95% of softwares have integrations - the problem for most businesses is understanding the APIs or webhooks typically used to make those connections.
In some cases, the software a client is using is not working for them. We can also help identify replacement software that may eliminate high-cost subscription fees or provide more benefits and a better experience for your employees.

Custom Services
-
If your small business has a unique challenge and you need a team to provide custom professional services, we can work together to provide you with a tailored solution that can drive your business growth. We are always open to having a conversation about your technical needs to see if we can accomplish your vision.
-
What is your dream?
We have provided a number of custom solutions for our clients. Our most common type of custom projects are doing small custom integrations for small businesses that need to integrate with software companies in unique ways or perform data transformations (Snowflake has grown in popularity in the last 2 years). We have experience in:
remote work setups
Software setups (Basecamp, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Airtable, etc)
Google Workspace Administration
Intranet Development
Website development

What the data says
Research tells us that even the smallest application of automation, AI, or use of available integrations can save an average of 3.6 hours per week (10-11%) of time per employee per workweek. That time adds up to big savings - almost 1 month full month of workdays that can be spent on more important tasks.
FAQs
-
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit card, Zelle, ACH, and bank transfers. We can discuss the method that works best for you when discussing pricing and terms.
-
We are currently focused on the United States and Canada.
-
Every job gets a project closing meeting, typically 30 days after we complete all work laid out via the WBS. At this time we ensure:
everything is working properly and has been thoroughly tested
the clients have a permanent way of contacting us in case of any issues
the clients have been given the tools and training needed to manage any new software or automations on their own unless they have opted to have us manage them
We are not in the business of creating a new cost center for our clients. However we love repeat business and we get it frequently as our clients grow and expand.
-
After an initial call or video session, we scope out the work that needs to be done and this is detailed out in a WBS. This is then translated into a work order with pricing, which has to be signed and accepted by every client before work begins. We do not do contracts that tie clients to "x" amounts for "x" months or years on a subscription model.
The work order protects both the client and us by stating I) the scope of the work very clearly agreed on, II) the price of the work, and III) the expected timeline of the work. This way if the timeline should change, the price cannot - our delay should not cost the client. However if there is a change in scope, the work order could be amended and the price changed. -
This varies depending on the project. A client wanting a few pre-built automations could have their work done in less than a week, while a different client may request a custom solution requiring months of work.
-
We will tell you, and we can try to help you find someone that can do the work for you. We're not experts in building machine learning algorithms, for example. And we hate SOAP and refuse to work with SOAP except for certain circumstances.
We believe it is better to lead you to a great provider than give you bad service. (We would be miserable while we were trying to fake anything like that anyway, so why put all of us through that?)

Most of our freelance team members are not in Washington. We can do most of what we need remotely.
